Beyond Technology

Building Trust Through Community-Centered Health Partnerships

Pascal Olulo is a busy man. When he is not developing partnership frameworks, he is strengthening partner capacity to create demand. His approach reflects a truth in digital health: technology alone does not transform healthcare outcomes—trust does. And, trust, as Pascal has discovered, is built through community.

Operational Foundations

The Partnerships and Programs department builds relationships that create sustainable healthcare access. In recent years, it has built an impressive operational foundation with leading players in the global health and technology markets. Pascal seeks to go beyond this approach, ensuring that our technology serves people, and is entrenched in local health realities.

Trust Through Presence

On May 3rd, 2025, Pascal put this philosophy to life in Kibirichia. TPN supported a community medical outreach at Altar Medical Centre with Lifecare Hospitals, Britam Insurance, and Meru County Government’s Beyond Zero Initiative. The numbers were outstanding: more than 1,000 community members were reached, with 423 women being screened for cervical cancer using VIA and 123 men being screened for prostate cancer.

Pascal and several other team members also demonstrated this approach during the recently concluded PCEA Chogoria football tournament on the 24th of May.

The Way Forward

TPN is demonstrating that sustainable health transformation happens in communities where trust is earned one relationship at a time. Through technology, community trust and multi-stakeholder partnerships, Pascal seeks to create unique value and support the communities TPN operates.
