Tracy Kanana has been instrumental in the development of the Customer Support Department. Having joined the company at inception, her insights and knowledge have been crucial to the growth of our customer support systems and strategies.

The Pathology Network is actively creating the future of pathology – building a chain of diagnostic quality from clinic to specialized lab.

As lead support, she facilitates the onboarding of all Alis-trn users and ensures that they receive seamless technical and business support on a 24hr basis. All software upgrades and new features are also channeled through her department for efficient communication and training of software users.

Tracy is the poster woman of the people. When not attending to clients, she enjoys a good laugh with family and friends. A maestro in the kitchen, her delightful pastries are truly out of this world!
