Jannine is an experienced operations manager and commercial negotiator with decades of experience in various industries in the UK. She possesses excellent people management skills, often seeing strengths and abilities in people that others do not.

She brings experience and stability in managing projects, budgets, strategies and specialises in structuring internal processes for optimal company performance. She was actively involved in the review and implementation of TPN's operations manual and is currently the Ayana Project lead.

Jannine is a U.K national who is now living in Kenya with her own business management consultancy, specialising in international business operations. Her passion is to empower under-represented communities through educational and health awareness initiatives.
