Michelle Mumbi currently serves as the Partnerships & Programs Coordinator at The Pathology Network, where she focuses on developing and maintaining strategic collaborations to enhance access to quality pathology services across Africa. In this role, she is responsible for implementing programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, identifying and maintaining strategic partnerships, building alliances, enhancing brand visibility through joint collaborative efforts, and driving innovation by facilitating collaborative initiatives and knowledge sharing among partners.

She has a diverse background in operations optimization and management, customer service and logistics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication - Public Relations from Daystar University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Strathmore Business School.

Prior to her current position, Mumbi held leadership roles in Operations; Customer Service and Logistics at The Pathology Network. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, fostering collaborative environments for her teams.

Michelle's early career experiences include roles in administration, communication and marketing in the health, technology and aviation industries where she honed her skills in communication and operational support.
