Caroline is a seasoned histotechnologist with over a decade of bench and management experience in busy medical laboratories in Kenya. She served as the Section Head in the Histology department at Aga Khan Hospital in Mombasa for seven years. Prior to joining The Pathology Network, she worked as head of the laboratory at Aroha Cancer Centre in Meru.

She is currently the Laboratory Quality Team Lead, a role that ensures that partnering laboratories maintain acceptable quality standards. Her department is responsible for specimen workflow management, adherence to ethical guidelines and safe- guarding patient confidentiality.
